8-1 Improvement of Halftone Image Quality for Visual Cryptography

Abstract

Recently, natural secret image hiding schemes for two binary halftone share images have been proposed. In order to generate images of high visual quality, we introduce swap operations into the conventional method which only uses toggle operations. Simulation results show that the method with swap operations can achieve higher image quality.
