Abstract
JPEG, which is known as the most popular image coding method, has a problem that quantization effects such as blocking artifacts deteriorate the decoded image at low coding rates. In order to enhance quality of the decoded image, in this paper, we propose a postprocessing technique which utilizes multiple post filters with the aid of small amount of side-information.
