Abstract
In this study, we propose a receptive field model of visual area MT, which relates with motion perception, to compute saliency maps of motion components in dynamic images. The proposed model can reproduce center-surrounding feature of the responses of MT neurons. The results show that the responses of the model enhance in the region of higher motion contrasts.
