6-7 Sensitive Particle Detection and Tracking Algorithm for Axonal Transport Analysis in Fluorescence Microscopy Images

Abstract

This paper describes an algorithm for automated motion analysis of axonal transport. In this paper, we propose a method which consists of local tracking using kymograph and particle location images, and global tracking based on genetic algorithm , in order to obtain particle tracking with high sensitivity and accuracy.
