A Guitar Playing Support System for Beginners Using Image Processing

Abstract

It is difficult for beginners to play the guitars with correct sounds. This paper suggests a guitar playing support system using image processing. In detail, our system recognizes string, fret, fingering, stroke, and outputs sound corresponding ingering. We provide beginners the system of fingering practice while listening to the correct sound.
