Abstract
We have been developing a 4K video quality evaluation equipment which compares a test (encoded) video to a reference video in real time. Our system calculates an objective quality score (DSCQS: Double Stimulus Continuous Quality Scale) frame by frame considering the characteristics of the human eye.
