A Study on Scene Illuminant Color Estimation Based on Judgement of Gray-World Assumption

Abstract

A method for estimating colors of scene illuminants from an image under with several illuminants is proposed. The proposed method applies the gray-world-assumption based method with judgement, whether each small region in the image satisfies the gray-world assumption, to each small region in the image.
