An Examination of Effects of an Auditory Cue on a Deformation Task of a Virtual Object in Barehanded Interaction

Abstract

We present an auditory cue when a user most deforms a virtual object in a virtual space through a head-mounted display. We examine whether the addition of the auditory cue affects softness and operation of the virtual object.
