Abstract
We propose a new web service, news with reading assistance for foreigners. As the reading assistance information, we use simplified Japanese, hiragana for Chinese characters, and a Japanese dictionary for children. We conducted a preliminary inquiry of its usability for education. We have developed a production support system of the news.
