Abstract
Local area medical information sharing systems ware tried after 2000. However, evaluation from the contents and the communication was hardly made. Evaluation was done targeting the system of 3 example made until now in the summary technique and the point of view of the communication.In result, it clear the importance of the information that was easy to be connected with the behavior transfiguration of the receiving person, it was available in the simple and easy method as a result.A report and a summary are made the target as the information that is easy to be connected with the behavior transfiguration as the doctor who is a receiving person should do to the applicable patient. Paper is useful as a simple and easy method as a medium which the condition of the media literacy of the receiving person.
