Abstract
Dual-Frequency and Multi-Constellation (DFMC) Ground-Based Augmentation System (GBAS) is the next generation GBAS to support approach and landing up to the Category III with robustness all over the world. Ionospheric disturbance is one of the key challenges in the DFMC GBAS. Performance of the ionospheric error bound with two processing methods are tested by using flight experiment data obtained by the DFMC GBAS testbed developed by the Electronic Navigation Research Institute (ENRI). The ionospheric error bound appears to work as expected, and carrier-based computation of the ionospheric error bound is more promising than the code-based method. However, careful check of carrier jumps are crucial and improvement of the analysis is necessary. More data in the prefious and future flight experiments should be analyzed.
