Abstract
This study focuses on the relationship between "production control function" and "information management function" in Circulation-Oriented SCM. In order to describe the difference in the prime object of the two functions, "a constraint framework for information management and production control in Circulation-Oriented SCM" was proposed. In addition, the study suggests that total optimization of Circulation-Oriented SCM can be achieved through the synergy, which is generated by an adhesive-integration of production control and information management underpinned by KCM.
