Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine the effective activities to enforce the preventive process to achieve CSR. It is defined that (1) Risk Management, (2) Compliance, and (3) the system to supervise the former 2 are essential to achieve the preventive CSR by preceding researches. The author especially analyzes what the important effective activities are to proceed above 3 elements. Through the case study of 3 Japanese leading companies, it recognized that there are following 3 efforts are commonly important; (1) to percept risk from environmental and social point of view, (2) to encourage employees' motivation to involve in compliance activities, and (3) to posit the supervising system at the top level of company.
