Usefullness of Mini Implant System for Fully Edentoloss Mandibule

Abstract

Reduction of alveolar bone has been very difficult for stability of lower full denture after lost teeth.In such a case, they can get more strong occlusal force by using miniimplant.
In usually cases, four mini implants having a diameter of 1.8mm are implanted between both mental foramen.After surgical operation, four housings are set to denture to keep balance by fixing four o-rings and mini implants.
We have various matters that demand special attention in insertion of these implants.This method can be very effective if it based enough examination, diagnosis and treatment plan.
