Abstract
Recently, many digital archives which provide historical materials as digital data on the Internet have been developed. In addition, there have been researches which integrate several digital archives with Semantic Web and support historical study by providing those materials from diversified viewpoints. On the other hand, these researches have been conducted mainly by the providers of digital archives. There are few environments where users such as historical researchers can collect, arrange and analyze those materials. In this study, the system to support analysis of historical materials on digital archives is developed by use of Linked Data. This system relates bibliographic information which digital archives provide with SPARQL Endpoint and data which historical researchers arrange based on their research objectives. The effectiveness of the proposed system is verified with 2 case study against different databases.
