Abstract
Mr. Aneha structural engineer who camouflaged the earthquake-resistant computation of many buildings should be punished, because he acted against the Building Standards Act of Japan. However, he let the people recognize the importance of earthquake resistant properties of buildings, rather than the other ones, for example, appearance, accessibility, amenity of living.
