Abstract
The Research Committee on Extraction of Uranium from Seawater had worked on the technical survey of the up-to-date situation of this technique as well as the exchange of the relevant informations among its members, during 1977-1981. This is the second report of its activity covering the present status of the researches in this field. It includes the progresses in the developments of inorganic and organic adsorbents, methods of contacting an enormous quantity of seawater with adsorbents and the cost assessment.
