Abstract

A lot of industries are innovating in accordance with the times such as uniforms are abolished to help reduce their economic burden. As well as in hospitals, the same attention whether uniforms should be abolished or not should be paid. We questioned what uniform should be to next era by survey of the medical office staff. It was found the results that uniform has the primacy effect and motivation for work. However, uniform cannot be expected to be a motivation for work at present. Because they aren't satisfied with their uniform. From now on the adoption of the ready-made uniform should be carefully done not only because of cost-performance but also a part of the improvement of the total management.
