With the continuous development of Chinese colleges and universities, the requirements for the construction of colleges and universities have been gradually upgraded to the height of the green campus. At the same time, the government has also introduced the relevant policies and standards of green campus Because our country has a vast territory, the difference between universities is very big, which needs to establish a complete classification and analysis system. Research focus of green campus is a campus building energy consumption. So it is needed to classify the colleges and universities in different regions. The corresponding evaluation index and calculation method should be put forward in the light of the present situation and it will form an integrated green campus energy consumption analysis framework. This paper establishes a complete classification framework of the Chinese colleges and universities based on the different climate zones, the school attributes and the scale of scientific research. Combined with all kinds of evaluation index, a complete evaluation index system of energy system is established. On the basis of the above, the paper puts forward the classification of the calculation method of the energy consumption quota which provides a complete research framework and method for the research of the energy consumption in Chinese universities.
