Based on the analysis and thinking of the Kokura area, this paper puts forward the digital technology to update and develop the Kokura area, also in achieving the aim of low carbon, energy-saving and environmental protection, make full use of the benefits of digital technology for people. Through the digital design simulation of the Kokura area, drawing the relevant charts and drawings, the purpose of this paper is to analyze and research the digital technology, meanwhile based on low carbon environmental protection get the reasons and benefits for doing so.
