Abstract

Clinical art is aimed at activating the brain by making creative activities in accordance with a unique art program by a qualified clinical artist and improving symptoms of dementia patients. It is characterized by an approach that crosses the barrier of medical, art, and welfare. Currently it is widely adopted, such as mental health for society people and Company training. Although clinical art has been proved medically effective, the problem is that there are no suitable places for individuals, such as care for children who are concerned about development or people who are likely to withdraw. The target site is the bank of a river a little away from Kurosaki station in Kitakyushu city, Fukuoka prefecture.
