Abstract
This study aimed to clarify the characteristics of difficulties that visually impaired people have on the decision process, from wishing to do travels until deciding to do sightseeing, comparing with characteristics of not impaired people. As a result, following issues were clarified. There were not the differences on difficulties in stage of the decision process. But this study clarified that the restraint factors were different in between factors of visually impaired people and those of not impaired people. The visually impaired people had more difficulties on securing the expense for travels, getting barrier-free information, and moving in the tourist area.
