Abstract
In recent years, many local governments have been studied the plan of the utilization of vacant room and meeting room in public housing. There, the plan that residents living in the surrounding area also not only limited to residents are able to use the facilities, have been attracting attention. However, the present condition is groping about the utilization of public housing. In this study, to verify effects of the utilization of meeting room and vacant room in public housing on their community by targeting advanced cases. Then, consider problem in the utilization. At last, aims to make recommendations for the utilization of meeting room and vacant room in public housing on their community in the future.
