There is a growing movement to combine the realization of the Kyosei society with lifelong learning. This paper presents the ideal learning environment for the realization of a Kyosei society and the behavior required of learning providers, based on interview surveys with NPOs involved in social education activities. By intentionally setting up inclusive learning places in the community where people with and without disabilities can participate, each of those places will function as realizing the Kyosei society through exercising how to communicate to other. Then it describes how the connected state between such place and place will be reflected the Kyosei society.
