Abstract
Carbon and chlorine are circulated elements among three states of gas-liquid-solid as own and com-pounds of micro- and nano- particles of solid –states which are found by electron microscopy in ter-restrial materials Formation of carbon-bearing solid materials which are found in (ore) minerals and rocks as natural resources are considered to be control solids for terrestrial environments, though chlorine-bearing ma-terials are largely found in sea-water to control circulation process of chlorine. Therefore, micro-particles and fine materials are considered to be rapid and effective material changes in circulation process of terrestrial environment.
