Abstract
Four metamorphic events in the eclogites form the Neldy Formation are distinguished: precursor metamorphic event; the 1st high-P metamorphic event (of eclogite facies conditions); the 2nd high-P metamorphic event (of epidote-blueschists); and the 3rd medium-P metamorphic event (of epidote-amphibolite facies). These multi-events metamorphism may explain P-T evolution of eclogites in subduction and collision tectonics of the Makbal district.
