Abstract

NWA2092 LL6/7 chondrite was examined using a polarizing microscope and EPMA. It consists mainly of olivine, pyroxene, and plagioclase. Fa contents of olivine and Fs contents of pyroxene are in the ranges of the LL group. The estimated temperatures are 840 (40) °C and 810 (50)  °C  by clinopyroxene and orthopyroxene compositions, respectively. These two temperatures are very similar and reveal that chemical compositions of these pyroxene and equilibrated.
