Abstract
Eclogites in the Sebadani metagabbro mass composed mainly of garnet, omphacite, amphibole (Brs, Mg-Kt and Gln) and epidote. Garnet has a zoning with grey to black core, grey to black mantle and white rim in backscattered electron image. Omphacite is included in garnet, and it also occurs in the fractures in the garnet. Therefore, the garnet core was formed during first prograde stage, the mantle was formed during second prograde stage, and the rim was formed during the Sambagawa metamorphism.
