Abstract
In recent year, we developed the hypothetical phase diagram in the Mg2Si2O6-Fe2Si2O6. The purpose of present study is to research phase relationships in pyroxene quadrilateral system by synthetic experiments.Experimental results of Ca0.05(MgxFe1-x)1.95Si2O6 (x = 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.30 0.40) showed that the reaction of HT-Opx = Ppx + Pig occurred at 1345-1360, 1280-1310, 1260-1300 and 1370-1390 °C, respectively. We rebuilt phase diagrams based on these result.
