Presumption of coloration factor of calcite by visible absorption spectrum.

Abstract

A coloration factor of the calcite with an orange, blue, a green color from visible absorption spectrum were estimated. Absorption identified the short wavelength side than 600nm to orange calcite, the same side than 450nm with the blue calcite.  The green calcite had absorption to short wavelength side than 400nm and around 650nm with the green calcite.
