The methods for transplanting of endangered annuals Rotala mexicana as the environmental conservation were evaluated. Lots of R. mexicana emerged at the soil gathered at the natural habitat of the species. Further, the abundant individuals emerged at the research sites where the surface soil was plowing. On the other hand, additive watering and fertilization were less effective for the emergence of the species. These results indicated that the plowing of the soil that gathered at the natural habitat, which contained buried viable seeds of the species, is the effective procedure for transplanting of this endangered species.
