Conclusion I investigate the moral rights of the defamation of character and the disturbance of a person's privacy in the right of personality. It is argued from the civil law point of view. I appeal that the base of the moral rights become a subject of discussion in private persons be required in the civil law itself, and to reinforce the function of compensation for damages and abatement of nuisance.
