Abstract
It is a common problem how the analogue and/or non-standardized results of physiological tests performed in a specified department should be saved and displayed on an electronic medical record system. To make progress in quality of medical care, it is indisapensible to share medical information chronologically using an electronic medical record system. We have developed a system that files results of otolaryngological tests, especially for audiological tests, from custom-made programs, and have succeeded in referring to them on the electronic medical record clients via URL link, in which both the patient's and the authorized user's ID are transferred to the filing system as a parameter. This method has the advantage that the electronic medical record system and the specified clinical filing system can be connected at a minimum expense, and is effective in sharing the patient' physiological conditions among staffs with quite satisfaction.
