Object：Difficulties in prevalence of facility for elderly surveillance system was manual data entry. So as to remove this problem, we consider its possibility and developed automatic upload function in from electronical care record, which has been gradually spreading.
Method：First, we heard some providers of electronical care record and investigated the possibility of automatically upload. Then, we developed the specifications for it. Then we tried to operate it at few facilities.
Result：We heard five providers, however, we found one provider which can corporate automatically upload to elderly facility surveillance system. We also developed specifications for it and presented it to the provider. We have been conducting trial of automatically upload at three facilities since September, 2023, As of December 10, 2023, it has no error concerning automatically upload.
