Abstract
Dohgamaru mine is one of the biggest copper mine in the San-in district. These deposits consist of skarn alteration zone and vein type ores. Ore mineral assemblage is chalcopyrite-shpalerite-pyrite-cassiterite-galena and minor hematite and sheelite. Gangue minerals are quartz, epidote, chlorite, garnet, clinopyroxene, sericite, muscovite and minor calcite, gahnite, K-feldspar and piemontite. In this study, we found silver-bearing minerals for the first time.
