Abstract

This article is written under the field research for about 50 Taiwanese IT manufacturing companies and about 100 Chinese private manufacturing companies in main land China. We can see the rapid growth of production in main land China, but in analyzing their network, we can understand it leads to the growth of innovation and of finance. Of these elements, the growth of finance plays most important role. The Japanese medium and small manufacturing companies, which have a lot of constraints of management resources, can cooperate with another companies for breaking down their constraints. They can cooperate with not only Japanese but also foreign companies (ex. Taiwanese, Mainland-Chinese).

In order to make a new partnership with these companies in main land China, they have to recognize the above-mentioned network of the growth of production there. They need to improve the ability to collect up-to-date information, and to accept the corporate governance of partnership companies.
