〔Methods〕Student A in the fourth year of undergraduate course whose graduation was around the corner was used as a collaborator. Narration was generated from conversation during the interview and comprehensively overviewed to describe interpretation by title that forms the theme of “‘me’ as a nurse.” Approval by the ethical committee of University B was obtained.

〔Results〕Student A’s theme was 《to impress the image of the nurse who provided support on the day my grandfather died from a rupture of internal organs and to seek at home nursing in the future by overcoming difficult lectures and training, even instructors I did not get along with》, consisting of six titles (events and their meaning).

〔Discussion〕For Student A, parts of her life interacted with her whole life in an essential and organic relationship, casting a view of the future. “‘Me’ as a nurse” is reknitted in the course of events and encounters impressed on Student A.
