Abstract
Since the concepts of human resources and human capital are common in
society, it is increasingly important to treat employees not only as a labor force but
also as valuable management resources that form a part of the corporate body.
Assuming employees are human capital or people to be invested in, employers
should ensure employee well-being through successful labor management,
focusing on the value of dialogue. From this standpoint, in this labor and social
security attorney association collaboration symposium, we discussed “work rules
to create a healthy and safe workplace.”
