Abstract
Supporting employees in regional areas faces challenges such as limited access to healthcare resources and headquarters’ messages that may not align with local conditions. Furthermore, when locations are distant from headquarters, it becomes difficult to implement and establish compliance with corporate rules thoroughly. To address these challenges, it is essential to consider region-specific needs and circumstances while developing unique approaches and ensuring rule compliance. Occupational health activities tailored to regional characteristics contribute to employee safety and health promotion, as well as corporate development.
