Abstract
The number of transporting passenger by air in domestic areas has been increasing year after year, whereas most of main airports are miles away from city center because of environmental problems, such as noise pollution. Therefore the inconvenience access to airport results in consuming time and high-fare to get there which makes disadvantages to secure the domination of domestic air business, compared to other ground transportations like train. What we need to do to improve these problems is to develop Advanced City Airplane with low noise pollution so as to take off and land in dense populated areas and the airplane which also can take off and land in a comparatively limited space. This paper introduces the concept of Advanced City Airplane and the necessary factor technique for the fulfillment of Advanced City Airplane.
