In a human error study, new knowledge to prevent an office work error is demanded. An office work error in an error to happen when it cannot put unsureness of the work in a range without the problem. In this paper, I arrange the example of the office work error that I investigated by the A junior college. And I classify factors to cause an error to lead to an office work error systematically and clarity each problem. In this paper, I adopt a theory of Reason about a factor to cause an error, the type of the error. An a factor to cause an error from the result of the classification, six became clear. The six are time pressure, manner of “can do”, documentation, insufficient communication, inexperience, task frequency. Therefore I think that it leads to the prevention of the office work error to assume a factor to cause six errors a chief problem.
