Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore dialectics between nurse's recognitions and patient's recognitions in the nursing practice by myself and to consider about the guides for promoting mutual permeation between a nurse and a patient. Through clarifying the structure as process that nurse's feeling of incompleteness was generated and reduced in the nursing practice by myself, I could bring out the dialectics between nurse's recognitions and patient's recognitions that existed in the core of nurse's feeling of incompleteness in clear relief. The dialectics between nurse's recognitions and patient's recognitions were as follows. 1) "Patient's orientation toward setting a high value on being like others" and "Nurse's orientation toward nursing assuming the variousness of individual ways of livings" 2) "Patient's orientation toward ideas of superiority or inferiority and high rank or low rank" and "Nurse's orientation toward nursing assuming the equality between a nurse and a patient" 3) "Patient's idea that nursing practice are not separated from the hospital as an organism" and "Nurse's orientation toward continuous nursing beyond the framework of the hospital as an organism" Through this study I could get five guides for promoting mutual permeation.
