Study on Structure of Developing Local Areas and Systemization on the Fuudo Technology

Abstract

This paper considers local identities, the structure of Fuudo where human being exists and the role of public works in the Fuudo in developing local areas. It clarifies the four basic principles of the Fuudo Technology as a engineering of developing local areas, the objective function of the engineering and three elements of developing local areas by analyzing the structure of developing local areas and the conditions of attractive infrastructures forming comfortable Fuudo through consideration of relationship between environment and Fuudo.
