An Investigation on the Accountability about Final clearing payments of the Land Readjustment Projects

Abstract

We analyzed the method of calculation of final clearing payments of the Land Readjustment projects. And we trace landowner's attitude about final clearing payments. Landowner hardly realizes what system of Land Readjustment project, and final clearing payments.

Landowners worry something about estimate of land prices, and the prices of final clearing payments. Especially they worried about final clearing payments.

The purpose of this investigation is to make it clear that the necessity of accountability about final clearing payments of the Land Readjustment projects
