In regional cities, urban redevelopment buildings are usually located in front of the station, which is in the center of the city. Most such buildings were constructed 20 or 30 years ago and need to be repaired. This paper proposes a method of assisting these renewals with the addition of medical and social welfare facilities in the buildings. Through this method, the local government can assist in renewing such buildings, even if it does not have strong finances, through limited expenditure.
