Abstract
Kyushu Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI Kyushu) is working on the project called “Cool Kyushu Project” which is three-year project started from 2008, and which aims at realizing a low-carbon society in coordination with private businesses.
Through the project, METI Kyushu shows a leading low-carbon and recycling society by promoting new energy and energy saving, and accumulating environmental and recycling industries.
As the result, we convey new growth model in order to strength competitiveness of related industries in Kyushu and to accumulate industries from outside Kyushu.
