Abstract
Currently, China's natural gas supply is determined by domestic natural gas production, dependence on foreign state was still low. However, when cold weather often occurs in short supply in recent years, the situation that natural gas supply only not to be able to serve the consumption was also observed. Stable supply of natural gas in China has become a serious problem that is attracting attention and how to solve.
In this paper, for measures to eliminate the peak of natural gas consumption, we refer to the power management to the following suggestions. (1)The Government to resolve the peak of natural gas consumption formulated relevant laws and regulations to promote the development of methods and techniques to respond to natural gas supply shortage. (2) Constructing a natural gas user management system, strengthen the management of users can be stopped. Insufficient supply of natural gas, fuel systems utilizing the built, natural gas consumption to adjust the peak. (3)Introduces a time to review the system of pricing natural gas rates to encourage peak shift.
Through these means, to solve the problem of peak natural gas consumption, stable supply of natural gas will be sustainable.
