How to utilize lessons learned from the phase-1

Abstract

In Indonesian project which JAPEX has been participating in and executing, Phase-1 drilling and completion campaign which included first subsea completion for JAPEX had successfully been completed from 2010

to 2011. A lot of lessons learned were obtained during the preparation and execution stage of the project. This lecture introduces how to utilize the lessons learned from Phase-1 effectively for the management of technical examination, people, procurement and etc. to the preparation of Phase-2 project which is planned to be implemented in 2018.
