An encouragement of fusion

Abstract

The world is entering a new generation already, and petroleum industry is also in the waves of change. We must complete tasks of existing business with high efficiency and create a new business at the same time. However, it is not easy to overcome these challenges under existing condition. Thus evolutionary changes of technical side（ex. engineering skills, working experiences etc.）and organization system are required to solve these problems. In addition, an individual person and/or individual company can not correspond with these mission. The comprehensive organization in petroleum industry should tackle on solutions by fusion with another and different companies or organization.
