Abstract
In the fiscal years 1948 and 1949 the writers investigated the Otaki gas field to the southwest of the Mobara gas field Chiba Prefecture. The investigation comprises surface geological. detailed survey, quantitative heavy mineral analysis. of the key beds, paleontological survey. geoclemieal survey, studies on natural gas production etc. The following is the abstructed results of this investigation.
